AskAnts Terms of Service

1. AskAnts Service

AskAnts inc. provides AskAnts service according to facts. AskAnts may also offer new services from time to time that are governed by the terms of service.

You acknowledge that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

AskAnts reserves the rights to stop to provide any part of AskAnts services temporarily in order to maintain or upgrade the service.

In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service and/or telephony fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.

1. User

Only registered members who are age 18 or older may access the system. You certify that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from accessing the system under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. Otherwise, AskAnts have right to suspend your account and refuse to provide service to you at any time.

3. Responsibilities and Obligations of Users

3.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3.1.1 You certify, represent, warrant and agree that you shall use the system and all information made available through the system for legal and legitimate business purposes and in a manner that complies with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, regulations or conventions at all times.

3.1.2 Under any circumstance, AskAnts has right to suspend or suspend or terminate to provide service to you without any notices, if AskAnts consider that your actions violate any applicable laws.

3.2 Registration Obligation

In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or AskAnts has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, AskAnts has the right to suspend or suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. AskAnts has no obligation to your registration information, including but not limited to, confirm the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness applicability and fresh.

3.3 User name and Password

You will receive a user name and a password upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user name and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password.

To maintain the safety of your user name and password ,You agree to (a) immediately notify AskAnts of any unauthorized use of your user name and password and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account according to right operation steps. AskAnts cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

3.4 User Activities

3.4.1 You agree that you shall use the system and all information made available through the system for legal and legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:

upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

harm minors in any way;

use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnicslurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other participants;

impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a AskAnts official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;

upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;

upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose;

upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;

interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by any securities exchange; or

collect or store personal data about other users without permission.

3.4.2 Risks

a) AskAnts has no obligation to conform user’s registration information. You should estimate all activities arising from AskAnts service. AskAnts shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of your activities.

b) Under no circumstances shall AskAnts be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content, materials and functions on any of our sites, including without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business, even if such entities or an authorized representative thereof have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3.5 Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless AskAnts, its affiliates, and all of their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, Site Material providers, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, and claims and all fees, costs, expenses, of any kind related thereto (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of, based upon or resulting from your use of any of AskAnts’s Sites and/or Services, including but not limited to, any Communications attributable to you. AskAnts reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of AskAnts. You should pay us the expense above in less than 10 working days.

3.6 Information Storage and Limitation

You agree that AskAnts has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that AskAnts reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that AskAnts reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

3.7 No Commercial Activities

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

4. Responsibilities and Obligations of AskAnts

4.1 Permission

You grant to AntsBase a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use (including use for promotional and advertising purposes), copy, license, sublicense, adapt, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit and otherwise exploit any communications that you post on and/or publish to www.askants.com, and any ideas or original materials contained in such communications, in all media now known or hereafter developed.

4.2 Information Use, Storage and Transmission

4.2.1 You acknowledge that AskAnts may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including with out limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of information of a account can store, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on AskAnts's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Service in a given period of time.

4.2.2 You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Sites, including the display of Communications, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. AskAnts assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store postings or other information submitted by you or other users to this Site. We have no control over, and make no representations about, the quantity, quality, genuineness, safety or legality of items listed by sellers or the completeness, truth or accuracy of the item listings.

4.3 Information Disclosure

You agree that AskAnts may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content: (a) to its worldwide for the purpose of providing the Content to you in an efficient manner; (b) for the purpose of properly administering your account in accordance with the standard operating procedures of AskAnts; and (c) if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that any such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce the AskAnts; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of AskAnts, its users and the public.

4.4 Service Modification and Termination

4.4.1 AskAnts may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without prior notice. You agree that AskAnts shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

4.4.2 You agree that AskAnts in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of t he Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if AskAnts believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the AskAnts. AskAnts may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

4.4.3 You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this AskAnts may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that AskAnts may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service.

4.4.4 Suspected system misuse will result in your immediate termination. You will no longer have access to the system.

AskAnts may change this contract at any time. Changes to this contract will be prominently posted to the system. Changes shall take effect, as long as posted. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the option of immediately canceling your subscription.
